Professional Associations needed a simple and intuitive tool that would allow their members to carry out, on mobile, activities traditionally limited to web portals or paper-based procedures. Ensuring accessibility, security, and alignment with Public Administration guidelines was essential.

THE APPROACH

A mobile-first design for faster processes

The project was developed with a user-experience–driven approach and in close collaboration with Tecsis, to create an intuitive, fast, and secure app.

In-depth Analysis

We began with an in-depth analysis of existing processes and a requirements-gathering phase involving discussions with key stakeholders, in order to fully understand users’ real needs.

Mobile-first

We rethought the entire navigation with a mobile-first approach, designing wizards and guided workflows optimized for smartphones, capable of simplifying even the most complex processes.

Access via SPID or CIE

We implemented a secure login system using SPID or CIE, with fast authentication via PIN or biometrics, reducing everyday usage barriers.
