














Tablo, born as an Italian startup, is now a benchmark in social eating. With a rapidly growing community and an inclusive model, it allows anyone to create or participate in restaurant events to meet new people.
The company addresses a real need: in a context where 43% of young Italians say they often feel lonely (ISTAT), Tablo represents a concrete response to loneliness and the desire for offline connections.

WHY IT IS INTERESTING
We're not talking about just any app.
Tablo has become the go-to place for social eating in Italy.
A year ago, it was a growing but fragile startup: an unclear business model, a vibrant community, but few truly active users. Today, we boast over 1,000,000 registered users, with nearly 3,000 events organized monthly throughout Italy.
This transformation involved an intense process of product rethinking, redesign, technical development, and business model, which we led together with the Tablo team.

We chose Flutter to build the right app for growth
When we took over Tablo, improving the design wasn't enough: we needed a solid, fast, and scalable technological foundation. With a single codebase for iOS and Android, we dramatically reduced time to market, ensured a consistent design system and fluid animations across all platforms, and created a modular and stable architecture capable of integrating new features without compromising performance. The result is a fluid, international app ready to support millions of users. Choosing Flutter wasn't just a technical choice, it was a strategic one: to provide Tablo with the right platform to become a scalable, reliable, and globally competitive product.
INSIGHTS
Monitoring to grow: the value of data
We've built a comprehensive data analytics and tracking system, essential for understanding how users actually interact with the app. Every feature, from the onboarding flow to the post-match, is tracked with events and conversions that allow us to understand which journeys are working, where users stop, and which features generate the most value. This approach allows us to make decisions based on data, not just hypotheses: we've seen which features are used most, which invitations drive the most participation, and which steps increase trust and retention.
With these insights, we can constantly improve the product, optimize the business model, and, above all, offer more and more useful features for free without compromising sustainability. Tracking is designed to collect data not only on the "what," but also on the "how" and "when" users interact, providing clear and immediate insights. Monitoring funnels, drop-offs, and conversions is now an essential part of our work on Tablo and allows us to drive growth with greater precision and continuity.
