The project was developed in close collaboration with the Startup Geeks team, following a transparent and iterative approach, based on weekly tasks, continuous discussions on Slack, and shared reviews on Figma.
Scalable architecture to support growth
We've built a microservices backend infrastructure, ensuring the ability to develop, test, and deploy independent modules. This approach ensures high performance even with a growing number of users and content.
UX and UI design optimized for each user profile
All training materials have been organized and categorized by topic, with a dedicated video player for optimal enjoyment. We've integrated processes that were previously fragmented across multiple tools into a single platform, making content access and community management more intuitive and faster.
Digitization of Startup Builder program processes
All training content (videos, articles, documents) has been catalogued and made easily accessible with a dedicated video player. The startup selection and management process for the incubation program has been digitalized, eliminating Excel spreadsheets and external tools.
